WHEN

We are TENTATIVELY holding dates in late September, early October.

The seminar will be all day Friday with a possible evening networking/social event, and half day Saturday

WHERE

We are currently seeking accommodations at a local hotel in the Dallas/Richardson area.

WHO

This conference is open to any Activity Professional of any level or any person who is interested in learning more about activities, engagement, or senior care.

HOW MUCH

This conference is a new and exciting opportunity that we are hoping to grow in upcoming years. We are determined to keep costs LOW since we know that sometimes APs have to pay for these out of pocket. As the event grows, there will likely be more costs involved, but for this year we plan to keep it $100-$150, to be determined. You are welcome to stay at the hotel if you wish; this cost will not be covered by your seminar fees. You do not have to stay at the hotel. Friday lunch (and maybe dinner? TBD) will be covered by your seminar fees.

HOW

Once a hotel has been secured, speakers have been arranged, and fees have been finalized, we will utilize a third party reservation service, such as Eventbrite, where you can register and pay. Check this website and our Facebook Group for updates when they occur.
